Your point is well taken. Unless the top corporate tax rate AND the top capital gains tax rate match the top individual tax rate, there is too much room left for finagaling. Thank you for making such a solid argument for raising the top corporate tax rate and the top capital gains tax rate along with the top individual tax rate.
