Nice article. Well it seems that our representatives on the hill tend to vote in response to the current sensation rather than weighing to consequences of new laws. It is true in most cases of spikes or dips, that equilibrium is soon the norm and waiting may be the wisest course of(in)action rather than a rushed session of law making that may impress a shaken population.
